Under each beat sits its κ, drawn as a hexagram.
Every score plays for everyone. The records behind each κ are for members.

Real work on reduced , played as music. Pick a piece; open any note for the record behind it.
You hear it and see its shape: beats, each named by a κ (sha-256 and BLAKE3) and chained into the root on the κ-ledger tab. What each note was read from (the record, the run, the result) is held for the City. Members open every record, and the chain is how they check that what they read is what was minted here.

Every beat is a record named by its κ, with its BLAKE3 label beside it; the scores chain into one root, both Merkle roots re-derived in your browser on load.
score-beat/1 = {0 schema, 1 piece, 2 seq, 3 step, 4 voices (difference weight per voice), 5 drums (message words with a difference), [6 previous beat κ], 8 lane, 9 salt}. score/1 = {0 schema, 1 piece, 2 title, 3 voices, 4 beat κ in order, 5 final output weights, 6 lane, 7 group, 8 note, 9 salt}. Then ledger/1 over the scores and run-root/1 with the merkle root over every beat, score and ledger κ (leaf 0x00, node 0x01, odd node paired with itself). The shapes follow kappa-evidence-mage; these two are new and their Rust check is still to come.
The winners and the shut doors sit in the same tree, under the same root.
Each root below is one version of our BLAKE3 r2 package. Pick one: its tree is rebuilt here from its leaves (every record, file and link, sorted) and must land on the root the bundle states. Colour shows which lever a leaf belongs to; a branch takes the colour of what it carries up.
Leaves sit in κ order, so position means nothing: the tree proves every record, link and file, the failed ones included, is committed under this root. How the evidence flows (record to file) is in the links, which are leaves too.
